Coast Guard rescues 13 people in Oman

Muscat: The Coast Guard Patrol rescued 13 people who were stranded on four boats across various governorates in the Sultanate, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced.
Officials said that while three boats stopped functioning due to engine failure, the fourth boat stopped working after it ran out of fuel.
According to ROP's statement online, "The Coast Guard Police assisted four boats in various governorates [that had broken down] due to engine failure and running out of fuel. The boats had 13 people on board. Three boats were subsequently towed to the nearest ports, while the fourth one was provided with fuel."
Meanwhile, the Coastguard also seized one boat in Khour Al Malh, in the Wilayat of Saham. Officials revealed that “the boat was carrying 10 “Asian nationals.”
