Fences are being put up on this expressway in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Transport and Communications has started building fences on both sides of the Batinah Expressway, the Ministry announced on Tuesday.
According to officials, this is being done to increase safety and to stop animals from crossing the road.
In an online statement, the Ministry said, “To enhance traffic safety, work is being done to build fences on both sides of the Batinah Expressway to stop stray animals from crossing the road.”
