Muscat: A new residential project with an investment of more than OMR7 million is opening in Mawaleh North.
Majan Development Company SAOC announced that is has commenced the development of the third phase of the Al Muzn project located in Mawaleh North.

"The project is a 127-unit high-rise apartment complex with 13 commercial showrooms and facilities to ensure the highest levels of well-being for residents," said Mohammed Al Kindi, CEO of Majan Development Company.

"The investment cost of the project exceeds OMR 7 million, and occupies an area of 6,000 square meters, and a total build up area of 20,000 square meters," Al Kindi said.

He added that the residential complex will also include facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, gardens and much more.
