'Renaissance boosted Oman's growth'

Muscat: Sheikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah Al Khalili, Minister of Justice said that July 23, 1970, Blessed Renaissance Day was the start of a new era.
It has brought Oman on the horizons of the modern world under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
The achievements of the Renaissance were established on solid foundation, he said, adding that the anniversary has added a new chapter to the several achievements witnessed in the Sultanate.
He said that the development process is heading for further achievements as witnessed in the various governorates and wilayats of the Sultanate. On the political side, he said that the Sultanate has enjoyed balanced relations with other countries of the world, which has resulted in stability in all walks of life, thanks to the royal vision.
