Khareef visitor figures witness significant increase from last year

Salalah: The total number of visitors to Dhofar for the Khareef so far this year stands at 52,017.

This figure is accurate as of the 3rd of July.

The National Centre for Statistics an Information reported "the number of visitors to Salalah for the Khareef over the coresponding period of last year was 38,404, which means this year's figure has seen a rise of 35.4 per cent."

Of the total number of visitors, 63.4 per cent are Omani nationals and 9.8 per cent are from the UAE.
