Illegal migrants arrested, deported from Oman

A total of 47 illegal migrants were arrested while another 43 were deported by Royal Oman Police (ROP) last week, officials announced.

"The Royal Oman Police, in coordination with other security authorities, arrested 47 infiltrators belonging to different Asian nationalities for entering the country illegally." - ROP

Also, 43 other infiltrators were deported after taking necessary legal measures.

Police also called upon citizens and residents to come together and cooperate to combat this problem.
