Health tips: Take your time

When it’s time for Iftar we sit and munch on everything that’s placed at the Iftar table, not knowing that we are harming our bodies by gulping our food in a hurry. Instead eat your meal slowly. Take your time to finish your vegetables and fruits, then start on your main course gradually. Your body will thank you later.
