Oman lifts poultry import ban from five countries

Muscat: Oman's Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries issued a decision to lift the ban on import of live birds, their products and derivatives from five countries.

These countries included Slovakia, Croatia, Laos, Togo and Zimbabwe.

"This decision is based on the recommendation of the competent veterinary authority," the ministry said in a statement on Twitter.
