Watch: Mountain Honey from Oman

Muscat: Up above the old town of Al Hamra is the popular hiking destination, Misfat Al Abriyeen.

If you have been to this quaint old hamlet, you may have missed getting some locally produced honey.

At the entrance of the centuries-old stone village is a gift shop filled with Omani honey products like Sumer and Sidr honey.

With a magnificent mountain view as a backdrop, beekeeper and shop owner Ahmed Al Abri pours honey into glass jars.
