Here's how operations will transfer from the old terminal to the new one at Muscat airport

Muscat: Oman’s old airport terminal will cease operations at 3:00 pm on Tuesday afternoon, the Oman Airports Management Company has announced.
“The entrance to the old passenger terminal at Muscat International Airport will be closed from 3pm on Tuesday, March 20,” announced OAMC on their Twitter account.
“If your car is parked at the old passenger terminal at the Muscat International Airport, you’ll still be able to exit.”
However, passengers who are transiting through the old airport on that day are requested to follow the usual transfer routes.
“If you are transferring through Muscat on March 20 and your flight lands at the old passenger terminal at Muscat International Airport, kindly follow the normal transfer route,” added OAMC.
“If required, you and your baggage will be escorted across to the new airport for your onward connecting flight.”
“Parking at the new passenger terminal at Muscat International Airport will be available on March 20 from 2.30pm,” said the country’s national airports management company.
In addition, the last flights to depart from and arrive at the old passenger terminal at Muscat International Airport have both been scheduled for Tuesday
afternoon.
“The last departure flight from the old passenger terminal at Muscat International Airport will be on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at 2.45pm,” tweeted OAMC.
“The last arrival flight to the old passenger terminal at Muscat International Airport will be on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at 2.15pm.”
In addition, an operations transfer to the new passenger terminal at Muscat International Airport will also be conducted on Tuesday, the official date for the opening of the new terminal.
