See Oman's natural history in its true element — outdoors!

Muscat: The Natural History Museum of Oman and the Ministry of Heritage and Culture are organising a unique event to display 35,272 pieces of natural antiquities.
The "Outdoor Glass Museum" event will presents five collections which are not displayed in the museum's permanent exhibition halls. The collections include more than 35,272 samples: herbaceous plants, insect groups, skeletons and fossils.
The Outdoor Glass Museum will start on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the museum's headquarters in the Ministry of Heritage and Culture. In order to encourage visitors, the Museum has set up the event in the evening from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
