Nama shared service launches IT-related solution

Muscat: An information-related solution called Hadreen (we are ready to serve) was recently launched as the first BMC-Remedy-9 installation in Oman by Nama’s IT Support Services Management (ITSSM) team, according to a press release.
Hadreen was developed in partnership with Project Management Technology and Services, the local arm of BMC. Remedy is a state-of-the art solution for helpdesk services and was developed in record time by the Nama Group team.
Hadreen was launched with many in attendance, including Ahmed Al Rahbi, executive manager -IT, Nama group; Nama chief financial officer, Hussain Al Balushi; Nama service design manager, Hilal Al Shukri; Nama head of helpdesk, Miad Al Balushi; vice president Sesha Prakash Kusuma of Promatas; Nama shared service team members, the Promotas implementation team and other officials.
This automated solution through BMC Remedy aims to ensure that subsidiaries of Nama Group are served with a world-class IT solution.
