Omani shooter Esam Al Balushi wins gold in Kuwait

Kuwait: Marksman Esam bin Bader Al Balushi won Oman’s first medal in the ongoing Emir of Kuwait Open Shooting Championships.

The seventh edition of the championship, being held at the Olympic Complex in Kuwait, will run till Friday.

After a tough competition, Esam Al Balushi won the gold in the 10m air rifle competition.

The championship kicked off last Saturday under the auspices of Khalid Nasser Al Roudhan, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Youth Affairs.
