ROP signs agreements with Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Health

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) signed two cooperation programmes in the field of customs services and goods clearance at its headquarters on Tuesday with the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Health.
The agreements included several items related to the provision of a number of services that include licencing, permits and clearance procedures for goods.
The agreement was signed by Maj. Gen. Sulaiman bin Mohammed Al Harthy, Assistant Inspector General for Police and Customs for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Mohammed bin Yousef Al Zarafi, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Dr. Sayyid Sultan bin Ya’rub Al Busaidi. The signing ceremony was attended by senior officers and directors-general of the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Health.
The ROP had previously signed similar cooperation agreements with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Social Development, and Ministry of Heritage and Culture, the Public Authority for Craft Industries, the Public Authority for Mining and Muscat Municipality
