HM sends condolences to President Putin

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent his condolences to President Vladimir Putin of Russia after a plane in Moscow burst into flames.
The incident took place at Shermetyevo International Airport on Sunday, killing over 40 passengers.
According to Russia's Aeroflot Airlines, the crew of flight SU1492 attempted to save the passengers.
