Advance Technical Solutions (ATS) is one of the eight divisions of TTC and committed to best understand and provide engineering and advanced technical solutions that are responsive to clients’ needs in an innovative, cost effective, professional, quality service manner by utilising highly skilled team and world class equipment in the oil field industry that enable to be the most cost-effective and thus, impact the bottom line profitability of its customers.

ATS offers a range of services to support pipeline and piping welding to enhance productivity and reduces cost per joint using advanced techniques like Orbital MIG Welding, Orbital TIG Welding, Fully Automatic pipe welding, Gas and without Gas flux cored welding. ATS offers on-site job operation for pipe joint welding with equipment and manpower saving cost and valuable time for oil & gas as well water pipeline clients.
ATS provides hydraulic tooling product and services for controlled bolt tightening in critical Bolting applications. They have a team of highly skilled, trained, experienced manpower to execute the job on site and the team is well equipped with complete range of torqueing & tensioning tools to deliver reliable and safe service delivery.
ATS can cold cut & prepare pipe diameter from 2 to 48 inches, any type of metal in most of the wall thickness. ATS can also do flange facing services up to the flange diameter of 24 inch OD. ATS have machines that are capable of cutting out of round piping as well as existing welds. Various bevel types are available as well as custom bevels and landings.
ATS provides onsite pipe cold cutting and pipe preparation & bolting solutions for more than a decade to the oil & gas industries in the Sultanate of Oman. Prestigious clients we served are Petroleum Development of Oman, British Petroleum, Daleel and Oxy.
ATS can offer wide range of products in machine tool, machine tool accessories and cutting tools. ATS represents world-renowned manufacturers across the world to cater in to oil & gas, education, manufacturing, tool & die, and defense sectors. ATS also offers on-site training on CNC Machines (Fagor, Siemens & Fanuc control system), CAM software and Annual Maintenance Contract for conventional & CNC machines.
ATS provides eco friendly solutions in surface preparation by offering them vapor abrasive blasting equipment, protective coating equipment and conventional blasting machines.
ATS is in the process of providing solutions for the pipeline inspection (Caliper Survey) in collaboration with TrecoilS.r.l. which carries out geometric inspections and testing pipeline for oil & gas clients.
Advance Technical Solution Division represents and sells products from world’s renowned companies like Lincoln Electric -USA, Metrode-UK , Bug-O systems in welding equipment and consumable, SPX Power Team – USA in bolting , EH-Wachs –USA in cold cutting , Graco and Clemco in surface preparation , Ajax Machine – UK in machine tools and other agencies to cater the market with local back up service support .
