His Majesty’s portraits displayed at Royal Opera House Muscat

Muscat: An exhibition of Omani artist Shaker Jalal inaugurated at the Royal Opera House Muscat (ROHM) on Saturday showcasing portraits of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
The exhibition aims to give a message of thanks and gratitude to the leader of Oman. It was held under the patronage of HH Sayyid Kamil bin Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Assistant Secretary-General of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs and a member of the Board of Directors of ROHM.
The exhibition is part of the participation of ROHM in the celebrations of the Sultanate’s forty-seventh Glorious National Day, and in support of the young Omani artistic experiments.
Artist Shaker Jalal has won many awardsand is a member of the Omani Society for Fine Arts, has represented the Sultanate in many international exhibitions, including Brazil in 2014 and the United Arab Emirates in 2015, in addition to his numerous participations throughout the Arab and the world. He plans to establish a new and innovative art academy for Omani artists to promote Omani art internationally.
The exhibition will be open to all visitors from November 13 to 25.
