A company has been fined after the appearance of abnormal cracks in the building led the customer to approach authorities.
The Public Authority of Consumer Protection said that the poorly constructed home posed a danger to the resident.
The Court of First Instance in Shinas has convicted the defendant for his lack of commitment and his failure to provide proper service.
"After a check of the house was undertaken by an engineering expert, abnormal cracks were found in the roof of all rooms, which is a danger to the residents of the house. The cracks are because of a defect in the cement mixture (concrete mixture)." - Public Authority for Consumer Protection
