Muscat: Properties in the OMR22 million residential project Al Muna Gardens in Bausher will be handed over to buyers by 2021.
The estate consists of 122 three or four bed villas, some with staff accommodation and swimming pools, with starting prices at OMR140,000. Financial help to buy is available for citizens from banks registered with the property dealers.
Zain Real Estate Development opened the doors of the first model of Al Muna Gardens villas on Sunday to let existing customers and interested buyers view the specifications and the integrated equipment included.

Moosa Mohammed Abdulla Moosa, Executive Director of Zain Real Estate Development, said: “Al Muna Gardens villas have had a great reception since their launch and 80 per cent of the villas have already been sold. People have queued up to buy our distinctive and architecturally pleasing villas.”
He added that the project is strategically placed in Al Muna area at Bausher Highlands and in the heart of the capital, close to the many services and malls.
“This development is 10 minutes away from Muscat International Airport and near to Mall of Oman, Muscat Hospital, and the most important shopping malls in Al Khuwair area, making it an ideal place to live amid both luxury and nature”.
Moosa continued saying that this leading project will be the first ever green residential are in the heart of Muscat.
