Muscat: With the final season of Game of Thrones set to begin on Sunday evening, watching it in Oman legally means buying a viewing subscription.

Across the Middle East, video streaming service Wavo have the rights to Game of Thrones. Owned by the OSN broadcasting group, the service is available via mobile phones, smart TVs and computers and is available for people in Oman to subscribe to.

If you do want to watch it on the TV, then OSN are the ones who have the show rights.

Wavo are currently offering subscription rates at around a rial per month, with a three-day free trial.

If you're watching the GoT final season via any other means in Oman, chances are you're breaking the law.

The final season of the epic serial is expected to smash all previous viewing records, globally, as millions tune in to find out how events unfold and who will be left standing by the end of the hit show.
