10 arrested for drug abuse and possession

A total of 10 people have been arrested on charges of drug abuse and possession of narcotics in several states, the Royal Oman Police has revealed.
Similarly, two people were arrested on charges of abuse and possession of narcotic drugs.
In another case, an expat of 'Asian nationality' was arrested on charges of drug trafficking in the Wilayat of Barka.
ROP added that legal proceedings have been taken against the accused and they have been referred to judicial authorities for further investigation.
