Three arrested in Oman for theft

Muscat: Officers from the Royal Oman Police have arrested three citizens who have been accused of stealing money and mobile phones from expats in the country.

The arrests were made in the Governorate of North Batinah.

A statement from the police said, "The North Batinah Police command controls three citizens accused of stealing money and telephones from two expatriates under duress, and legal action is being taken against them."
