Muscat: The Ministry of Health calls on citizens of 45 years of age and above to book appointments before heading to government centres for immunisation.

The Ministry of Health said: "For a safe and easy immunisation process for all, the Ministry of Health calls on the target group in the second package (the population aged 45 years and above) to book advanced appointments before heading to the approved government centres for immunisation in the various governorates of the Sultanate using the mobile application (Tarassud Plus) or through website: https://t.co/XK0z3FxGuZ?amp=1 "

The Ministry added: "The Ministry of Health extends its sincere thanks to the generous audience targeted by the first package for their high demand for the vaccination against Covid 19, which reflects the growing societal awareness of the effectiveness and safety of the vaccine."

Yesterday, the Ministry of Health launched the service of booking Covid-19 vaccination appointments electronically via the website (http://covid19.moh.gov.om) and the Tarassud Plus application.
