Expats arrested for making unhygienic food

A number of expats have been arrested after it was discovered they were breaching food hygiene regulations in the production of traditional Omani bread.
The arrests were made as part of an unannounced inspection campaign in Wilayat Suwaiq.
As a result of the violation, the restaurant was closed.
