His Majesty Sultan Qaboos congratulates President of Dominica

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Charles Angelo Savarin of the Commonwealth of Dominica on the occasion of his country's Independence Anniversary.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Savarin and the friendly people of Dominica.
