Video: Rainfall cools down parts of Oman

Muscat: Temperatures came down on Thursday after some parts of Oman received moderate rainfall.
Bader Ali Al Baddaei, an administrator of www.rathth.net, a local web-based forum that discusses weather in Oman, said that parts of Rustaq and Al Huqain received rain on Thursday afternoon.
In an advisory, the Oman meteorology department said southern winds will continue on parts of Buraimi, Al Wusta, Dhofar and Al Dahirah, with low-horizontal visibility.
In the forecast, department said mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with chances of late night to early morning low level clouds formation along parts of the Sea of Oman and Arabian Sea coasts.
“Chances of cloud development and isolated rain over Al Hajar Mountains toward afternoon,” it said.
