Career building needs a roadmap right from the time a pupil joins the primary level of education. There is a continuous need for the career aspirant to understand the changes happening within himself in terms of the personality traits as well as the external variables metamorphosing in the environment. It calls for an open approach on the part of the prospective employee, aspiring entrepreneurs along with the ones responsible for grooming the budding professional.
