Muscat: Alfardan Motors, the exclusive importer of Ferrari and Maserati vehicles in Oman, recently unveiled its latest state-of-the-art and first-of-its-kind service centre located in Ghala, three kilometres from Alfardan Sports Motors' Ferrari and Maserati showrooms in Meydan Al Azaiba, says a press release.
This hi-tech facility has been designed in accordance with the specifications and standards of Italian sports car manufacturers Ferrari and Maserati in terms of reativity, authenticity, professionalism and luxury.
Omar Hussain Alfardan, CEO and President of Alfardan Group, led the official inauguration of the new 2,315-square-metre service centre and toured the different service areas of the fully air-conditioned facility with a number of VIP guests and dignitaries who also attended the grand opening.
The hi-tech workshop with 14 work bays is managed by a dedicated team of highly experienced staff, trained by Ferrari and Maserati. A 278-square-metre spare parts warehouse ensures the availability of genuine parts for both brands. The entire service centre and workshop areas are fully air-conditioned to provide a suitable environment for the customers; not to mention the workers so as not to compromise the quality of the service provided.
The entire after sales process has been carefully created to ensure the highest level of efficiency and a pleasant experience for the customer throughout the process of maintaining the vehicle. At the inauguration, Omar Hussain Alfardan said: "Opening the Ferrari and Maserati Service Centre underlines our commitment to provide the finest service to our customers in Oman especially with the growing number of luxury car enthusiasts in the country.
