His Majesty Sultan Qaboos sends congratulatory cables

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar on the occasion of him assuming power in the sisterly State of Qatar.
