Muscat: Diamond City and Noor Gazal recorded contrasting victories in the inaugural Knockout Cricket Tournament being organised by Oman Cricket Salalah during the weekend.
In the Senior Cup Knockout Tournament, Diamond City eased to a four-wicket win over Al Mamoorah Land while Noor Gazal got the better of Ideal Global for a nine-run victory.
Meanwhile, Khimji Ramdas got a walk over from Ardaf LLC.
In the Intermediate Cup, Gulf Foundation defeated USD Zawawi Boral by 12 runs and Toufiq United registered a six-wicket win against Al Hakeem Medicals.
In another match, Sabil Al Khair posted a 56-run win over Majan Mining.
