Students to get free audio-visual aids in Oman

Muscat: An agreement to fund and provide audio-visual aids, for a cost of OMR42,000, for visually and hearing-impaired students in Dhofar, was signed by Raysut Cement company.
Sheikh Dr. Al-Waleed bin Saeed Al-Hinai, Director of the General Directorate of Education, Dhofar, said, “We are very grateful to Raysut Cement for its valuable initiative in providing audio-visual aids to a group of students suffering from severe hearing and sight impairment. These devices will help students, support them and improve their abilities. The company is an effective partner as it has previously also contributed in supporting the educational process in the governorate and its contributions continue to take place."
This support and sponsorship comes within the framework of Raysut Cement Company's social responsibility and its interest in the educational process and its strategic vision through constructive partnership with different government agencies and development in various sectors.
