Oman Cricket: Al Ameen Ayurvedic win second place in Salalah

Muscat: Al Ameen Ayurvedic/Sweets of Oman defeated Noor Gazal by seven wickets on Friday to settle for the second place in the A Division of the Salalah Cricket League.
While Danube have already emerged the A Division champions with 15 points, Al Ameern Ayurvedic took the second place with 14 points thanks to their win over Noor Gazal.
On the final day of the season, Al Ameen Ayurvedic eased to victory over Noor Gazal. Batting first, Noor Gazal were all out for 150 in 26.3 overs. Al Ameen Ayurvedic then achieved their target in 21.2 overs scoring 151 for the loss of just three wickets.
In another A Division match, Ardaf LCC defeated Diamond City by six wickets.
B Division action concluded two weeks ago with First Technology taking top honours with 15 points and Ahbar Trading finishing second with 13 points.
Meanwhile, Gulf International won the C Division title with 12 points followed by Muscat Pharmacy (11 points) in the second place.
In D Division, Sabil Al Khair (11 points, 1.608 NRR) pipped Al Hakeem Medicals (11 points, 0.680 NRR) for the title thanks to their better run rate.
