Minister of Heritage and Culture receives invite for Qatar National Library opening

Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, Minister of Heritage and Culture received an invitation from Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani to attend the opening ceremony of Qatar National Library, scheduled to be held on April 16 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar.
The invitation was received by Sheikh Hamad bin Hilal Al Ma’amari, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Heritage and Culture for Cultural Affairs when he received in his office yesterday Ali bin Fahad Al Hajri, Ambassador of Qatar to Oman. The meeting reviewed the cultural ties between the two brotherly countries and means of promoting them.
