Oman Air to Omanise senior leadership team

Muscat: Oman Air is preparing to fill its entire senior leadership team, according to statements by senior officials of the carrier.

The announcement comes as the airline continues its long-term aim of attracting and developing talent from the Sultanate, offering worthy candidates the opportunity to elevate their careers in the aviation sector with Oman's national carrier.

Speaking to the press, Acting CEO Abdul Aziz Al Raisi said, "Omanisation has been a key focus of our policy and we are taking clear steps to fill senior posts with Omani candidates including developing outstanding career prospects across the globe as the airline expands."

The statement by the Acting CEO will be warmly received by graduates, many of whom have made promising careers at Oman Air. Recently, the company also announced more job openings including the post of 'Technician', Ticket Agent, First Class Check-In Officer, and 'Aircraft Navigation Manager' among others.
