Egyptian president Sisi leaves Oman after three-day visit

Muscat: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi left the country on Tuesday after a three-day visit to the Sultanate, during which he met with His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
The Egyptian President and his accompanying delegation were seen-off at the Royal Airport by His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs (Head of Mission of Honour Accompanying the President), Sheikh Al Fadl bin Mohammed Al Harthy, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Sayyid Saud bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Issa’ei, Sultanate’s Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt and its Permanent Delegate to the Arab League and members of the Egyptian Embassy in Muscat.
During his visit to the Sultanate, the Egyptian President was accompanied by an official delegation comprising Sameh Shukri, Foreign Minister, Mustafa Sherif Mahmoud, Chief of the Egyptian President’s Office, Eng. Tariq Qabeel, Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr. Hala Helmy, Minister of Planning, Follow-up and Administrative Reform, Lt.Gen Mohammed Ahmed Zaki, Commander of the Republican Guard, Maj.Gen Abbas Mustafa Kamel, Director of the Office of the Egyptian President and Acting Head of the General Intelligence Service, Mohammed Ahmed Fahmi, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Oman and a number of top Egyptian officials.
