Here are the results of OCCI elections

Muscat: The results of the elections for new board members of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), as well as the boards of directors of the branches in the governorates for the next term (2018 - 2022) were announced on Sunday evening.
Eng. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Dheeb, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Head of the OCCI Election Committee said that the OCCI Branches will meet on Thursday, February 1, to elect the heads of the branches and deputies.
It will be followed by a meeting to be held on Sunday for election of chairman of OCCI, his two deputies, members of the Executive Office and heads of the Investment Committee and the Audit Committee following the ten heads of the branches in the various governorates joining the five winning members of Muscat Governorate.
Al Dheeb said that no complaints were received during elections at the OCCI headquarters and the branches in the Governorates, except the legal enquiries received from the concerned personnel of the Elections’ Main Committee.
Muscat governorate
Ridha Jumah Mohamed Ali Al Saleh; Rashid Amer Mohammed Al Maslahi; Qais Mohammed Mosa Al Yousef; Ali Hamdan Hasan Al Ajmi and Ahmed Abdulkarim Hussain Al Hooti.
Dhofar governorate
Haitham Masalam Salim Masin; Naif Hamed Amer Fadhil; Hamed Hasan Said Al Shahri; Fawzi Salim Abdullah Al Shanfari; Hussain Hathith Ma’uof Al Bat’hari; Salim Abdullah Salim Al Kaf and Said Ahmed Bakhit Al Jahfali.
