HOT CHOCOLATE WITH MARSHMALLOWS
A creamy, delicious hot chocolate drink that’s perfect for a cold winter night and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
For garnish marshmallows
PREPARATION
Blend cocoa and sugar in a small bowl. In a sauce pan, bring milk to a boil. Mix about 1/3 cup of hot milk in the cocoa and sugar mix. Return this to the boiling milk and stir till everything combines well. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Serve the hot chocolate in mugs topped with marshmallows.

FRUITY DELIGHT PUNCH
A hit with your kids that can be made by them and for them. Fruity Delight Punch is a must have at all the parties, with bits of apple and mandarin make it a delight for sure.
INGREDIENTS
Juice of half lemon
500ml orange juice (readymade)
500ml mango juice (readymade)
250ml apple juice (readymade)
300ml lemonade (readymade)
100ml sparkling water
250g of mandarin, cut in segments
100g of apple, cut in tiny pieces
A pinch of black pepper

PREPARATION
Stir together all the juices in a large jug and add some ice cubes along with mandarin and apple. Serve cold.

MELON MOJITO
Refreshing mojito with melon and pomegranate bits is a medley of fruits with lime making it a wonderful welcome drink for your guests.
INGREDIENTS
5 slices of melon, peeled and seeded
Juice of 4 limes
1/4 cup sugar
Fresh mint leaves
4 cups of water
Ice cubes
4 tablespoons of pomegranate
PREPARATION
Cut 3 melon slices in 1 inch pieces and puree it in a food processor until smooth. You need about 1 cup of melon puree. Cut the 2 slices of the remaining melon in bit size pieces. Place lime and sugar in a bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add fresh mint leaves and gently mash with a muddler. Combine melon puree with lime mixture and water in a pitcher or jug. When serving, fill glasses halfway with ice cubes. Add cut melon bits, pomegranate pearls, mint leaves and melon lemonade. Serve cold.

KIWI BERRY SMOOTHIE
Here is a smoothie that’s deliciously healthy thanks to the overload of vitamins and antioxidants! Kiwi coupled with the goodness of triple berries ensures great taste along with a good boost to your immune system.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup strawberries
3/4 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
2 kiwifruit peeled and sliced
1 cup orange juice (readymade)
PREPARATION
Keep 1/4 cup berries aside to be put in the smoothie before serving. Cut the strawberries in bit size pieces. Raspberries and blueberries could be left as it is. Take 2 slices of kiwi from one fruit, and cut them in bit size pieces. Now blend the remaining berries, kiwi and orange juice till smooth. While serving, place the berries and kiwi slices (kept aside earlier) in a glass and pour the smoothie blend in to it! Top or ganirsh with berries. This could be served at room temperature or cold.
