Berlin: Means to enhance food security in the world was among the issues discussed at the 10th Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA) and the Conference of Agriculture Ministers held in Berlin, Germany.

Titled “Shaping the Future of Livestock –Sustainably, Responsibly, efficiently” the Forum also discussed the fight hunger, preservation of the environment, combating livestock diseases and sustaining agricultural production.

Oman’s delegation was led by Dr. Fuad bin Ja’afar Al Sajawani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.

The forum focuses on central issues related to the future of the global agro-food industry, science and civil society as an opportunity to exchange ideas and promote understanding on selected topics of current agricultural policy.
