PIZZA IN A MUG
Here is a snack to put an end to your pizza cravings instantly.

INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/16 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon readymade pizza sauce
1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried mixed Italian herbs

PREPARATION
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a microwavable mug. Add in the milk and oil and whisk together. Spoon in the pizza sauce and spread it around the surface just before sprinkling on the cheese and dried herbs. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until it rises up and the topping is bubbling.

MAC AND CHEESE IN A MUG
This genius of a recipe makes an ultra creamy mug of cheesy macaroni in a jiffy.

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup macaroni
3/4 cup water, cold
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
In a large microwavable mug or large bowl add in the macaroni and the water. You need a large mug as the water will boil and overflow. Microwave approximately for 3 1/2 minutes as the macaroni needs to be fully cooked. Discard the remaining cooking water. Stir in the milk and shredded cheese and microwave for a final 60 seconds to create your sauce. Stir well, season with salt and pepper and enjoy.

Feeling like something chocolatey? Why not whip up this really quick microwave delight that’s too good to be true!

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup self-raising flour
2-3 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
2-3 drops vanilla essence

PREPARATION
In a microwave proof mug, add the sugar, flour and cocoa. Add water, oil and essence and mix all together until there are no lumps. Microwave for 1 minute at a time. It may be cooked after the first minute depending on your microwave, if not, put in for another 30 seconds to a minute. Once cooked serve with cream or glass of milk.

Here is a fuss free, easy to make cheesy omelette in a mug that will have you sort your breakfast without a fuss.

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon butter
2 large eggs
TOPPINGS (If Desired)
Shredded cheese
Chopped onion
Chopped bell pepper
Few fresh parsley sprigs
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION
Add 1 teaspoon butter in a microwave-safe coffee cup. Crack eggs into cup. Beat with fork until well mixed. Microwave 1 minute. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Microwave 30-60 seconds or until egg is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, if required.

BLUEBERRY MUG CAKE
This simple fluffy cake is subtly sweet and bursting with fresh flavours of blueberries. It is perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or at any other time of the day.

INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons (45ml) milk
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 blueberries

PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a microwave-safe mug. Mix with a small whisk until batter is smooth. Stir in blueberries. (Make sure you stir these into the batter. If you leave them on top they might burst open onto your microwave). Cook in microwave for about 1 minute. If cake is not done, heat an additional 15 seconds.
Let cake cool a few minutes before eating. Cake is best consumed while still warm or within a few hours of it being cooked
