Oman, Saudi interior ministers discuss bilateral cooperation, security

Muscat: Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior and Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef Al Saud, Minister of Interior in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) held an official session of talks at the General Diwan of the Interior Ministry on Monday.
The session dealt with the strong bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
During the session, viewpoints were exchanged on a number of security cooperation areas and matters of common concern that enhance march of relations between the two sides.
The session was attended from the Omani side by Eng. Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Maj.Gen Hamad bin Sulaiman Al Hatmi, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations, Sayyid Khalifa bin Al Murdas Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam, Sheikh Saif bin Hamiar Al Shihi, Governor of A'Dhahira, Sheikh Me'athad bin Mohammed Al Ya'aqoubi, Governor of Al Wusta, Dr. Sayyid Ahmed bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Sultanate's Ambassador to the KSA, a number of officials at the Ministry of Interior and Royal Oman Police.
It was attended from the KSA side by Eid bin Mohammed Al Thaqafi, KSA Ambassador to the Sultanate and a number of officials at the KSA Ministry of Interior.
