Tennis: Oman Davis Cup team to train in France

Muscat: In preparation for a Davis Cup competition to be organised in Muscat, Oman team will undergo a training camp in France.
According to the Oman Tennis Association (OTA), the four-member team accompanied by non-playing captain Siddique Al Hashmi will be camping at Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in the outskirts of city of Nice from January 16 to 25.
The players selected for the camp are Mohammed Al Nabhani, Abdullah Hamdi Al Barwani, Younis Tufail Al Rawahi and Muneer Tufail Al Rawahi.
Oman is scheduled to host Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Group IV competition at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex from January 29 to February 3.
Describing the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy as one of the best in France, the OTA informed that Abudullah Al Barwani went to the same academy last year.
The OTA also informed that Mohammed Al Nabhani, who is working in Paris and also training there for the last three months, will join the team in Nice.
