Six arrested for theft, vandalism in Oman

Muscat: Police arrested six suspects in various cases of thefts in Ad Dakhiliyah, Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced.
The Directorate of Inquiries and Criminal Investigation, led by Ad Dakhiliyah police in cooperation with the police stations of Bahla and Nizwa, arrested four suspects for theft and two persons for vandalism.
An official source at the Royal Oman Police said: "Bahla police station managed to catch three suspects after they managed to steal money from a shop."
The police station also arrested two people for stealing and vandalism, in a separate case.
In a third case, the Directorate of Inquiries and Criminal Investigation, with the Nizwa police station, "managed to arrest an accused who stole a number of pieces of iron from a house under construction," official source added.
All the accused were referred to the judicial authorities to complete the investigation and the proceedings.
