Muscat: The Royal Opera House Muscat has launched a pop up Winter Art Studio for young artists at its luxury shopping mall, the Opera Galleria.
A space in the mall has been dedicated to the studio for winter themed art activities, that will guide children between four to eight years old through a series of techniques and mediums to create winter themed art.
The set has been designed to resemble a winter wonderland of snow and polar animals. Icicles will hang from the ceiling, white carpeting will cover the floor and molded blankets of snow will surround the studio.
The events, which are being organised in collaboration with Pop Events, will be free, with a limited space for 15 children every week. The event started on Saturday, January 6, 2018 and will continue until January 27, 2018 from 4 pm till 5.30 pm. Children must be registered to participate.
