HM the Sultan confers excellent service medals on ROP officers

Nizwa: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the Supreme Commander, conferred the excellent service medals on a number of senior Royal Oman Police (ROP) officers.
The medals were conferred by Lt. Gen Hassan bin Mohsin Al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs in a special celebration held at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences (SQAPS) on the occasion of ROP Day which falls on January 5 each year.
The Inspector General of Police and Customs congratulated officers of this grant and pointed out that it stems from His Majesty’s appreciation of the continuous efforts done by ROP personnel to ensure dignity for this nation under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the Supreme Commander.
Lt. Gen Hassan bin Mohsin Al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs also pinned Efficiency Medal on a number of senior Royal Oman Police officers and honoured some long serving officers.
