Seaplane crashes into river

Investigations are on-going after six people were killed when a sea plane crashed into a river in Sydney on Sunday
Police say the plane was returning a party of five passengers from a wine and dine experience
The cause of the crash is not yet know, nor the identities of the five passengers on board
The pilot was the sixth victim, but has not yet been named.
