Opportunity for Arab researchers to present their scientific papers

Muscat: The 6th International Scientific Conference on Information and Communication Technology and Accessibility of Persons with Disabilities (ICTA17) was launched at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) yesterday.
The conference was launched by the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific (ALESCO), the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), the Omani National Commission for Education, SQU College of Education, Culture and Science Research Laboratory in Information and Communication Technologies and Electrical Engineering from the University of Tunis and the Tunisian Association for Digital Access (e-Access).
The conference provides an opportunity for Arab researchers to present their scientific production and introduce it to the latest international scientific research in this field, to discuss the latest technologies and inventions in the various fields.
It is also an opportunity to meet scientists, researchers, professionals, experts, government and non-government organisations, from the public and private sectors, in the Arab world and abroad, to present their research and products.
The conference will discuss 89 working papers from inside and outside the Sultanate and 17 research posters. It will include three main themes: "Information and Communication Technology for People with Disabilities", "Advanced Learning Technology" and "Innovative Computer Technologies and Applications"
