Meet on commercial judiciary

Muscat: A seminar on the Role of Commercial Judiciary in Enhancing Investments started at the Supreme Council of Judiciary premises on Monday under the auspices of Dr.Yahya bin Mahfoudh Al Mantheri, Chairman of the State Council.
The two-day seminar, organised by the Supreme Council of Judiciary, will shed light on the management of commercial cases at courts and means of developing commercial judiciary in the Sultanate. The seminar targets judges, university professors and other relevant organisations.
The seminar includes two panel discussions on the management of commercial cases before the court and the role of experts and lawyers in commercial cases.
Protection of investments
The second day of the seminar includes two panel discussions on judiciary protection of investments and how to enhance commercial judiciary in investment field. — ONA
