Private companies must submit their Omanisation plans for the year 2018 to hire expat workers.
"Ministry of Manpower would like to announce to the private sector institutions and facilities, the need to submit the Omanisation plan for the year 2018 with a deadline of December 31, 2017, and abide to them by profession and date" - Ministry of Manpower
The ministry will not look into expatriate manpower and recruitment applications for the private sector.
The facilities can find the Omanisation plan sample from the Ministry website.
