Human traffickers held in Oman

Muscat: Five expats have been arrested on charges of human trafficking, police in Oman announced.
An official source in the Royal Oman Police said: "The Department of Criminal Investigation at Al Khoud police station managed to arrest five expats of Asian nationality on charges of human trafficking."
"The criminal method of the accused is to defraud Asian housemaids by telling them they would obtain good financial returns if they move to work with them. Then they women would be detained and forced into prostitution for money," ROP explained.
