Expat wanted for five murders arrested in Oman

Muscat: A man wanted in connection with the murders of five people in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been arrested in Oman, police have confirmed.
The expat has been handed over to the UAE authorities, Royal Oman Police (ROP) revealed in an online statement.
The ROP's statement read, "An Asian national who murdered five people several days ago in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was arrested in Buraimi, by the Buraimi police command."
An official source in ROP said: "The Muscat Communications Division (Interpol) had received a report from UAE authorities about the crime and the escape of the accused to an unknown destination. After investigating and searching for the accused, he was caught in Buraimi and handed over to the UAE authorities."
